Samantha was our day-of wedding coordinator, and I honestly don't want to think about how the day would have been without her. From coordinating our rehearsal to keeping everything running smoothly on the big day, she was an absolute lifesaver. She took charge of the lineup, music, and family members during the rehearsal, which was such a relief to have a dedicated person overseeing everything.
On our wedding day, Samantha was faced with a few unexpected situations, but she handled them with such a calm, joyful, and comforting presence. It was incredible how she thought of so many details I hadn’t even considered or didn't have the capacity to remember, and she was always one step ahead. Her thoughtfulness and care were evident in every task, and her ability to anticipate needs gave me peace of mind, especially when my attention was pulled in so many directions.
Even in the initial meeting, Samantha was thoroughly prepared, sweet, and intentional. She helped me see the details that needed attention. Looking back, she was one of the best gifts and biggest blessings, and my only regret is not having her plan the whole wedding! I would highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a coordinator or planner who brings not only skill but also warmth and joy to the whole experience.

Samantha is the best wedding day-of coordinator that I could’ve asked for! I was planning my wedding in El Paso all the way from Houston so she was in El Paso and helped tremendously by talking to all the vendors and making sure everything was in order leading up to the big day. Not only that, but she worked with my photographer to create a schedule for the day so I didn’t even have to worry about figuring all that out. The actual wedding day went by smoothly despite some last-minute changes because of the way Samantha handled everything. Not to mention, she even had a smoothie for my husband and me right after we finished the ceremony and before we went to take all our photos together and with family. Samantha will get the job done while still making sure to focus on the details of the day. I’m so thankful to have had her help making such a big and special day happen how I had envisioned it! I’m beyond grateful.

Samantha Melendez did my wedding coordinating on Valentine’s Day 2021 still in the middle of the global pandemic. She did a fantastic job of helping me coordinate my wedding and I have only given her about 4 weeks or so to prepare due to my situation of being in another city. It was amazing how she helped me find a new photographer as mine was not able to leave their home town due to the restrictions of Covid-19. We also had a terrible blizzard on my wedding day and temperatures were in the low 20’s In a desert area that does not get that cold and she came through for us. We also had problems with our music and she was ready to help us find other musicians if we needed to due to the weather conditions.
All worked out. Samantha even decorated the church, socially distanced just a handful of guests and family members, and coordinated my wedding live stream. Her rates were extremely reasonable and she was so pleasant to work with.
I would have never had such a beautiful wedding had it not been for her professional work, love, and dedication for my special wedding day. I highly recommend Samatha for anyone’s wedding.

Samantha is amazing! She went above and beyond my expectations. She decorated our venue exactly how I wanted it, was super professional with vendors, and kept the flow of our wedding going smoothly.
